What you'll be doing:

The Sales Rep role is responsible for promoting the Client portfolio, managing bids, and developing the business in the assigned area.

This permanent position is responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies to attain sales volumes, customer growth, patient growth, and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within the geographical area of Piemonte.

What you'll bring:

• Sales experience in Renal Care solutions
• Scientific or medical University Degree, according to Italian legal requirements for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco
• Interest in technical and digital solutions
• Drive for sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account development
• Strong understanding of the tender process and pre-tender work
• Strong business acumen and proactive approach
• Strong negotiation skills with good knowledge of the healthcare system and relevant stakeholders involved in selling and tender processes
• Adaptability, solid communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
• Natural ability to sell, educate, and inform, with ease in creating and developing long-term relationships
• Experience with remote and digital sales is an advantage
• Proficiency in English
