A leading food delivery startup in Florence is seeking a highly motivated sales intern to expand its customer portfolio and implement new sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, and a student of Marketing or Economics from a top university. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a fast-paced startup environment while working closely with the Head of Sales. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus variable components based on KPIs.

The position

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our great sales team. Your mission will be:

To expand our customer portfolio;

To develop and implement new sales strategies and processes;

To support strategic decision regarding our sales strategy.

Who we´re looking for

You are a native Italian speaker and you are fluent in English;

You are flexible and with an absolute hands-on mentality;

You have outstanding communication skills, can you sell?

You have a deep interest in working within a startup environment.

Reporting:

You will report directly to Head of Sales.

Our Offer:

Your compensation will be fixed plus a variable component based on Kpi’s achievement.
