WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Sales Rep, you will:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Puglia region.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
• Provide outstanding product knowledge and support, ensuring flawless implementation of our surgical solutions.
• Support surgeons in the Operating Rooms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement promotional activities and educational programs.
• Manage tenders processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

To excel in this role, you must have:

• A proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
• Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in a demanding market.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of English.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Puglia region.
