We’re hiring a Sales Operations Specialist with advanced Salesforce administration skills to support and enhance our sales infrastructure in the U.S. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, managing data and tools, and ensuring the sales team operates smoothly within the CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the Salesforce administrator for the sales team
  2. Manage user setup, roles, and permissions
  3. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
  4. Ensure CRM data integrity, accuracy, and usability
  5. Train sales team members on CRM usage and best practices
  6. Monitor and improve CRM usage compliance
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Customer Service) to streamline workflows
  8. Assist with process documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials
  9. Support eCommerce and B2B tools integration with Salesforce (if applicable)
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Salesforce Admin role
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred or in progress)
  • Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation workflows
  • Organized, analytical, and highly detail-oriented
  • Experience working with B2B sales teams, ERP systems, or logistics environments – a plus
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Some travel may be required. Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
