    • Sales Operations Specialist
    • to help businesses leverage data, identify opportunities for improvement, spot trends, and recognize potential issues with solutions.
    • The Sales Operations Specialist will transform data into insights that drive business value through data analytics, visualization, and modeling techniques. You will identify trends to aid decision-making and process improvements.
    • Your responsibilities include enhancing efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving profits.
    • What you will be doing
    • Analyzing business goals and needs within the White Label and Institutional Sales division.
    • Conducting research and analysis to support sales operations.
    • Designing and recommending improvements to business processes, sales funnel reporting, and revenue forecasting.
    • Utilizing systems and data to resolve business issues effectively.
    • Implementing best practices and suggesting improvements.
    • Estimating costs and benefits of solutions to establish viability and ROI.
    • Developing recommendations for sales operations issues.
    • Documenting business processes and metrics, identifying improvement opportunities.
    • Assisting management in resolving business issues and re-engineering processes.
    • Researching and presenting sales operations findings.
    • Using data to support process improvements and determining their costs and benefits.
    • Maintaining documentation of processes, metrics, and opportunities.
    • Building relationships with clients and vendors through meetings.
    • Performing special projects as needed.
    • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
    • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or economics.
    • Expertise in Power BI, Metabase, and DAX, including dashboard performance tuning.
    • Experience with CRM systems and analyzing complex datasets.
    • Strong communication skills for interfacing with management.
    • Ability to develop data stories for business partners and executives.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience building data infrastructure and reporting solutions.
    • Knowledge of capital markets sector.
    • Adept at data prep, modeling, and visualization.
