Your Role: Sales Operations Specialist

Based in Milan, you’ll be the operational backbone of the Italian commercial team. From contract execution to payment collection, you’ll ensure solar projects are delivered with precision and care. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage customer relationships, and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating contract execution and managing sales orders
  • Liaising with HQ and local teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Handling customer communications around delivery, invoicing, and payments
  • Preparing reports on shipments, forecasts, and performance
  • Issuing invoices and tracking payments
  • Managing credit insurance and payment risk
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships
What You Bring:
  • Experience in operations or the solar industry (a big plus!)
  • Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and shipping / invoicing
  • Familiarity with the energy sector
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
  • Basic understanding of Italian business administration
