The Role

Join Our Dynamic Supply Chain Team at Imperial Brands!

Are you passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in supply chain processes? We are seeking a proactive and analytical S&OP Analyst to join our SEE Cluster Supply Chain Team.

This full-time role, based in the vibrant city of Rome, offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our S&OP processes within an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the monthly S&OP process, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for plan enhancement. You will work closely with various cluster teams to refine demand planning and ensure alignment across functions.

Principle Accountabilities

• Review and analyze forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends.
• Assist in resolving key supply-demand/service-cost issues.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and document regularly scheduled planning meetings.
• Create and drive continuous improvement of Cluster S&OP processes.
• Support network optimization to mitigate costs and maximize service.
• Prepare analysis and documentation for S&OP meetings.

Skills and Experience

• Degree (BA or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain / Planning or related areas.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP/APO, and Power BI.
