We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our sales strategy and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Sales Team to optimize workflows, ensure smooth execution of sales processes, and drive performance through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for managing and improving sales operations, defining strategies to enhance efficiency, and supporting the team in achieving their goals. You will analyze sales data, implement automation tools, and collaborate with different departments to improve processes and ensure the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and manage sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  2. Monitor key sales metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  3. Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to support decision-making.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for customer segmentation, pricing opportunities, and forecasting.
  5. Support the Sales Team in setting and tracking sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  6. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates and revenue growth.
  7. Drive the implementation of automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field within a digital or B2B environment.
  2. Proven experience in key performance metrics analysis and tracking to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools (Salesforce or similar).
  4. Experience in process optimization and workflow management to enhance sales efficiency.
  5. Results-oriented, great organizational skills, flexibility, a natural inclination to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
  6. University degree, preferably in Economics and/or STEM disciplines.
  7. Fluent English is a must.
