Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned with the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). The individual will support sales leaders in evaluating sales performance against goals, identifying opportunities for optimization, and analyzing attainment versus forecast, using various tools for analysis. This role will also involve driving key business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other reporting and metrics cadences.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while maintaining high standards.
This role is a key member of the Sales Operations team, providing reports and dashboards to enable informed decision-making and process improvements. You will develop scalable mechanisms to support business and program operations, analyze data deeply, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Building strong relationships with finance, HR, sales operations, and other teams to resolve reporting issues will also be essential.
