Job Description:

Humangest Spa is seeking a Sales Operations Executive and Business Analyst to work from a home office, with a 20% travel requirement to all three Italian sites. The role involves supporting sales and customer service teams in pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales activities, addressing concerns collaboratively, and ensuring smooth business transactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Extract and analyze data from ERP and Excel files to support sales and customer service needs.
  • Support the management of Customer, Materials, and Pricing Master Data: Maintain accurate data to ensure efficient customer service and support operational strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Commercial Support for Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives, and implement regulations and policies.
  • Sales Demand Planning Support: Assist in the S&OP process and participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely material availability.

Education and Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales operations or customer service.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage operational tasks involving ERP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, able to work independently under pressure with high accuracy.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages like French or German are a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing business models is advantageous.
