Your mission

Welcome to your new opportunity with us. As a Sales Operation Specialist, you will support the sales team in contract and sales order execution, manage sales contracts with the legal team, coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery, communicate with customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and deliveries, and gather regular analysis reports such as shipment reports and sales forecasts. You will also issue commercial invoices, follow up on payments, manage credit insurance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and locations to improve processes.

Your profile

If you're interested but unsure about your background, here are the key qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar industry and/or operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and shipping/invoicing processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong computer skills: ERP, MS Office, and simplicity in systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian business administration.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level), both spoken and written; Mandarin is an advantage.
