In this role, you will support the sales team with contract execution, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and assist in customer communications. Competenze

Your Mission

Welcome to your new opportunity with us! As a Sales Operation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team in contract and sales order execution from signing to payment receipt.
  • Assisting sales and legal teams in managing sales contracts.
  • Coordinating with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Communicating with customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery schedules.
  • Preparing regular analysis reports, including shipment reports and sales forecasts.
  • Issuing commercial invoices and collaborating with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments.
  • Managing credit insurance lines and controlling shipment payment risks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams and locations to improve planning and processes.
Your Profile

If you're interested but unsure about your background, here are the key qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar industry and/or operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international trade is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping/invoicing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP, MS Office, and system management.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian business administration.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
