A leading technology company in Milan is seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain dashboards, conduct market research, and enhance business efficiency through IT automation. Candidates should have experience in sales management, data processing, and programming skills in Python, R, or Java. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential, along with strong logical thinking and bilingual abilities in English and Chinese. Italian language skills are a plus.

Descrizione del lavoro

Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain the national dashboard, complete daily PSI data processing and analysis, present KPI progress and support business decisions by dashboard;

-Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight, and sales data analysis;

-Develop IT Automation to improve business efficiency , follow up and achieve system B2B work for direct customer;

-Cooperate with Sales team to do background support work, assist in meeting customer's needs, conduct system management.

Requirements:

-Experience in sales management, data processing, and project management;

-Bachelor’s degree or above;

-Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, or Java), with strong SQL capabilities and hands-on experience in Power BI report development;

-Diligent, responsible, practical, and hardworking;

-Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and the ability to work in English and Chinese. Italian is a plus.
