We are looking for a Sales Marketing Representative Sell-Out to join our sales team in Beauty Care Business Unit.

How you make the difference

You will manage store relationships, in-store promotions, and display spaces. By overseeing daily operations, you ensure compliance with agreed activities.

You will establish relationships with store managers and area managers in order to develop sell out and brand awareness.

Analyzing consumer data and promotional effectiveness, you'll identify and report deviations. You'll collaborate on shelf allocation and category projects with Trade Marketing, applying strategies for product assortment, display, and POP material management.

How your agenda looks like:

  • Manage relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, and display spaces
  • Daily area oversight to ensure compliance with agreed activities (promotions-assortments)
  • Analyze consumer data (pricing vs. competitors, promotional actions) and conduct qualitative analysis on launches
  • Collaborate on shelf allocation and implement category projects with the Trade Marketing team

Your team:

You will directly report to the Modern Channel Manager in the Sales team.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: You have a master’s degree, or three years bachelor followed by a master’s degree, in Economics, Marketing, Communication or Management with interest to undertake a path of growth in the field of Marketing & Sales
  • Work Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in the commercial function, preferably in the beauty sector
  • Technical Skills: You have a good knowledge of the Office package and Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Local Language: proficiency in Italian and English is required
