We are looking for a new team member to join our Marketing Departement as a Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Drive multi-disciplinary, multi-regional, and multi-brand marketing strategies in line with the company's vision and the CMO's priorities.
Supervise the daily operations of the marketing team.
Verify alignment between the team's operations and the strategic guidelines defined by the Executive Leadership and the CMO.
Provide direct support to the CMO in cross-functional projects, interdepartmental meetings, and international collaborations with BRG Group Business Units.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), produce regular reports, and optimize marketing activities based on performance and business objectives.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost tracking.
A degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial or coordination position.
Proven experience in managing marketing initiatives across different countries or regions.
Strong command of tools for digital marketing, CRM, data analysis, and project management.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
Permanent employment contract with direct placement in the company.
