Une entreprise de renommée mondiale, HAVI Italia, recherche un Junior Controller motivé pour rejoindre son équipe Finance sur un contrat à durée déterminée. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie ou en économie, et devra être capable de produire des analyses financières pertinentes, en collaboration avec les équipes pour soutenir l'innovation et la réussite de l'entreprise.

Competenze

• Compétences en analyses économiques et financières, budgeting et reporting avec les normes IAS/IFRS.
• Diplôme requis en ingénierie ou en économie.
• Maîtrise des outils Excel et PowerPoint, connaissance de Power BI et SAP appréciée.

Mansioni

• Conseiller la direction en matière de contrôle de gestion.
• Produire des rapports et analyses pour soutenir la croissance.
• Développer un tableau de bord interne sur les principaux KPI.

We are growing organically and steadily, and that is exactly why we are looking for a motivated Junior Controller to join our amazing Finance Team on a fixed-term contract.
In your new role, you will provide counsel to the Business with regards to management control activities from a business partnering perspective.
Collaborating with the controlling team in managing close, forecast, and budget.
Acting as a business partner within the organization, producing reports, insights, and analysis to drive our growth.
Developing an internal dashboard on the most important business KPIs, in collaboration with the rest of the organization and cluster controllers.
A Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or economics.
~Competence in the main techniques of economic and financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting using IAS/IFRS accounting standards.
~ Well-developed skills in Excel, and PowerPoint – Power BI,SAP is a plus.
~ Fluency in both Italian and English.
~ A teamwork attitude and a proactive mindset.
