We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales team in ROME . This position plays a crucial role in creating personalized solutions for our clients, overseeing the complete sales process, and guaranteeing the effectiveness of wind turbine projects throughout the area.

What you’ll do :

  • Coordinate the creation of customized commercial solutions for customers that result in closing wind turbine sales deals.
  • Manage the full sales process : from first contact and proposal to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align technical, legal, financial, and service aspects into commercial offers.
  • Translate client needs into clear, value-driven proposals, including risk assessment and pricing strategies.
  • Represent Vestas at industry events and key meetings, building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide sales reporting and strategic input to the Sales Director and broader leadership team.

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales within the energy, renewable, or industrial sector.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience working in an international and cross-functional setting.
  • Fluency in English and Italian .
