We are hiring for the role of Sales Manager at our parent company, Regenesys Business School, located in Nairobi, Kenya.

  • Role: Sales Manager / Tele Sales
  • Work Location: 1203, 12th Floor, GTC Office Tower, Intersection of Waiyaki Way, Chiromo Ln, Nairobi, Kenya
  • Shift: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EAT; Saturday - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EAT
  • Working Days: 6 Days
  • Key Skills: B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Telesales, Client Relationship
  • Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year or fresher with good communication skills
  • Salary: 50,000 Kenyan Shillings + Incentives per month
  • Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate with experience

Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our reach in the South African market. Your role will include:

  • Crafting and implementing innovative strategies for business expansion
  • Surpassing sales targets
  • Documenting sales processes and closures
  • Nurturing customer relationships
  • Executing business development activities efficiently
  • Dialing 120+ customers daily

To excel, you should have:

  • 0-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed targets
