A leading company in marine connectivity and IT services is seeking a Sales Manager for Superyachts. Based in Italy or nearby, you will focus on building relationships in the luxury yachting sector and promoting specialized services. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, a deep understanding of superyacht needs, and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

  • Proven sales experience in the maritime or luxury yachting industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of satellite communication and IT services is highly desirable.

Mansioni

Your Role

As theSales Manager Superyachts, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the Mediterranean region. Based in France, Monaco, Italy, or Spain, you will focus on developing relationships with owners, captains, and management companies of superyachts. Your goal will be to promote and sell our range of connectivity and IT services, ensuring we remain the provider of choice for the most demanding clients in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with superyacht owners, captains, and management companies.
  • Promote and sell Castor Marine’s suite of services, including:
  • Satellite communication solutions (Starlink, VSAT, OneWeb, 5G).
  • IT services, including network setup, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions.
  • Represent Castor Marine at industry exhibitions, expos, and networking events.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury yachting sector.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the yachting industry and stay updated on emerging trends.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the maritime or luxury yachting industry.
  • Knowledge of satellite communication and IT services is highly desirable.
  • Experience with superyachts and their unique requirements is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Mediterranean region and internationally.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) are a plus.
