THE ROLE

As sales manager you are responsible for managing and expanding our customer portfolio within the Animal Health sector :

  • You work closely with both existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate chemical solutions.
  • You play a crucial role in achieving our sales objectives and strengthening our market position.
  • You manage and expand the customer portfolio as a preferred partner in Italy.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with your customers and suppliers.
  • You identify new business and market opportunities.
  • You prepare and follow up on quotes and sales contracts.
  • You pursue sales objectives.
  • You work intensively with internal teams, including logistics and sales support, to ensure efficient service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight.
  • Strong communication and social skills.
  • Good command of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Solution-oriented thinking and a positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of English and italian is crucial to build a good partner relationship.
  • You are a commercial talent who can work independently, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Location : Full remote
