Sales Manager Specialties Chemical Animal Nutrition

THE ROLE

As sales manager you are responsible for managing and expanding our customer portfolio within the Animal Health sector : You work closely with both existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate chemical solutions. You play a crucial role in achieving our sales objectives and strengthening our market position. You manage and expand the customer portfolio as a preferred partner in Italy. You build and maintain strong relationships with your customers and suppliers. You identify new business and market opportunities. You prepare and follow up on quotes and sales contracts. You pursue sales objectives. You work intensively with internal teams, including logistics and sales support, to ensure efficient service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (preferred) Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight. Strong communication and social skills. Good command of MS Office and ERP systems. Solution-oriented thinking and a positive attitude. Good knowledge of English and italian is crucial to build a good partner relationship. You are a commercial talent who can work independently, organized, and result-oriented.
