Une entreprise technologique spécialisée dans les solutions de surveillance et de contrôle pour les systèmes d'énergie renouvelable recherche un Sales Manager. Le candidat idéal devra gérer les ventes, coordonner des équipes et développer des relations clients tout en ayant une solide expérience dans le marché des énergies renouvelables en Italie.

Competenze

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables en Italie.
  • Langue maternelle italienne, maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Connaissance approfondie sur les systèmes PV et BESS.

Mansioni

  • Gérer les ventes de leads jusqu'au paiement, coordonner l'équipe interne.
  • Développer des relations clients pour renforcer la reconnaissance de la marque.
  • Représenter la société lors d'événements marketing.

Descrizione del lavoro

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Sales Manager for a technology company specialising in monitoring and control solutions for renewable energy systems, particularly solar power plants and hybrid energy systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage sales from lead to cash : develop leads pipe, qualify opportunities, close sales, negotiate contracts terms, follow project delivery and ensure cash collection.
  • Develop CRM with clients, partners and ecosystems to support company brand recognition and growth.
  • Coordinate internal team (marketing, pre-sales, project manager, technical manager, logistic team, purchasing team) to guarantee clients' project success.
  • Represent the company in Italy and during marketing events such as exhibitions, webinars, and workshops.

Requirements :

  • Engineer, Master or equivalent.
  • Native Italian speaker, Fluent in English both for speaking and writing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy market (PV, BESS, Control, SCADA, PPC) as sales in Italy.
  • Deep knowledge about the Renewable Energy market and ecosystem : PV I&C installation, utility project with PV and BESS, DSO, TSO, monitoring, and control.
