Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Sales Manager for a technology company specialising in monitoring and control solutions for renewable energy systems, particularly solar power plants and hybrid energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales from lead to cash: develop leads pipe, qualify opportunities, close sales, negotiate contracts terms, follow project delivery and ensure cash collection.
  2. Develop CRM with clients, partners and ecosystems to support company brand recognition and growth.
  3. Coordinate internal team (marketing, pre-sales, project manager, technical manager, logistic team, purchasing team) to guarantee clients' project success.
  4. Represent the company in Italy and during marketing events such as exhibitions, webinars, and workshops.

Requirements:

  1. Engineer, Master or equivalent.
  2. Native Italian speaker, Fluent in English both for speaking and writing.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy market (PV, BESS, Control, SCADA, PPC) as sales in Italy.
  4. Deep knowledge about the Renewable Energy market and ecosystem: PV I&C installation, utility project with PV and BESS, DSO, TSO, monitoring, and control.
