For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:

Sales Manager Service Division

The worldwide leader in reciprocating compressors is looking for a candidate with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferably rotating equipment.

The position is part of the Service Division, with the objective to promote and support business development and organizational growth through new customers and expanding the service portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing and developing sales objectives and strategies for SERVICE in Italy
  • Establishing smooth sales standards and procedures according to BC requirements and customer needs
  • Aiming to achieve the sales budget for Italy and the region
  • Conducting marketing activities with EPC, end customers, and licensees
  • Identifying market drivers and opportunities
  • Monitoring competitors
  • Evaluating customer operating conditions and specifications
  • Determining the scope of supply required
  • Preparing technical documentation describing the scope of supply
Candidate Profile
  • 5-10 years of experience in similar roles and markets, preferably reciprocating compressors
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering
  • Understanding of maintenance and repair jobs
  • Knowledge of SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA)
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written

  • Strong communication skills in a cross-cultural environment
  • Ability to sell multiple products and services
  • Market and customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of industrial B2B markets such as petrochemical, refinery, shipyards
