About Our Client :

For a well-established global company specialising in highly customizable aluminum production, we are looking for a Sales Manager .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing relationships with existing clients, with a significant focus on international clients;
  • Developing new business opportunities, leveraging existing leads, dormant clients, and conducting proactive market research to identify potential prospects;
  • Leading and coordinating a sales team of 4-5 individuals;
  • Monitoring and supporting the sales team’s activities, offering practical support in negotiations and ensuring targets are met;
  • Collaborating with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies and pricing plans.

Key Skills :

  • 5-8 years of sales experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the metallurgical, raw materials or mechanical sector;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in leading a sales team;
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian;
  • Willingness to travel abroad, approximately 1-2 weeks per month.
  • Complementary Skills :

  • Experience in managing relationships with large clients;
  • Degree in Economics, Business Management or Management Engineering;
  • Experience in one of the following industries is preferred : metal, glass, paper, automotive or packaging industry.
  • Location : Campania.
