The Fashion Sales Manager’s presence on the boutique floor is key to enhancing the Fashion Advisors’ role as ambassadors of the brand’s progressive style, anchoring CHANEL as the ultimate reference in luxury. Focused on delivering and developing the excellence of a highly personalised client experience, the Fashion Sales Manager works closely with the team of Fashion Advisors to provide clients with a unique journey into the world of CHANEL, one that celebrates a shared passion for the products and history of the House.

  • Managing recruitment, leadership, goal setting, PMP, and coaching for team members.

Reflecting CHANEL’s empowering stance by opening the world of CHANEL to clients.

  • Coaching Fashion Advisors in House Style & Fashion expertise, creating personalized client experiences, and leading luxury service.
  • Understanding each CHANEL collection and contributing to the Buying Strategy.
  • Overseeing Fashion Advisors’ buying requests in line with the Boutique Buying strategy.
  • Being an ambassador of the CHANEL brand, style, and values in the boutique, at client events, and with external bodies.
  • Ensuring the sales floor reflects CHANEL’s luxurious image and collaborating with Operations for maintenance.
  • Overseeing collection display and windows in line with VM guidelines.

Driving business growth through sales and efficiencies.

  • Contributing to the Boutique operational roadmap aligned with the House strategy.
  • Monitoring sales data and implementing initiatives to develop business.
  • Reporting on team actions and ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Planning staff schedules for optimal sales coverage.
  • Managing client conflicts and focusing on future innovations and growth.
  • Implementing new tools and services to enhance client experience and operations.
