Job Description:
Objectives:
  • Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in collaboration with management.
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
  • Provide offers and quotes to customers.
  • Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
  • Define sales strategies for various products.
  • Gather information for sale contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
  • Negotiate sales terms with management approval.
  • Manage customer rates and issue sample/test requests.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure contract compliance and monitor sales volumes.
  • Manage customer risks and disruptions.
  • Serve as an interface between customers and internal departments.
  • Support technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
  • Report on sales activities and customer interactions.
Your Profile:
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of company’s products and technical capabilities.
  • Experience in plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with successful account management.
