The opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Sales Manager (Channel Sales) with POC industry experience (CCTV background will be considered) to grow and expand the existing team in the Eastern Europe region.

The role will focus on sales activities for our Hytera portfolio of products.

Main Responsibilities :

  • New business development – identifying opportunities in the market and forming effective business relationships through to formal partnerships
  • Create and manage sales pipeline of opportunities across identified markets
  • Working with existing partnerships to generate sales opportunities and further distribute products in the market
  • To deliver significant margin growth from both existing and new clients
  • Forecasting sales deliverables / future projects, based on knowledge through various benchmarks, such as client demand and market analysis
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and tender bidding processes
  • Understanding new and emerging trends impacting sales activities
  • Working to exceed sales revenue targets
  • Portfolio of technologies include – DMR, PMR, LTE, Systems, Bodycam, POC, Tetra
  • Travel required.

Person Specification :

  • Previous experience within POC or telecommunications industry
  • Previous success and experience in a sales / key account management professional role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships with key accounts, new business, and internal stakeholders
  • Confident in delivering client presentations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile business model and emerging market
  • Numerate and analytical to support business opportunities and forecasting activities
  • Highly motivated and resilient
  • Fluent in English and other European languages.
