Ideal candidates will have experience managing sales teams, be target-focused, and well-regarded in the industry. We offer a platform for significant impact, career development, and recognition for success.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the POC sales team in Italy.
  2. Develop trusted relationships with national KOLs, acting as a liaison between them and internal teams.
  3. Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Plan and manage relationships with POC KOLs across Italy.
  5. Develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones over 1-3 years.
  6. Lead and manage issues within the POC sales team.
  7. Maintain and forecast opportunities using CRM systems like C4C.
  8. Provide detailed sales reports regularly to the National Sales & Marketing Manager.
  9. Support and develop the sales team to maximize their potential.
  10. Act as a coach and mentor to support sales growth.
  11. Monitor and report on current and future business activities.
  12. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience leading sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ultrasound market in Italy.
  • Successful track record in selling Ultrasound products to POC customers.
  • Evidence of sales growth and business development success.
  • Experience with CRM and account management tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • IT literacy.
  • Ability to travel across Italy without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
