The Sales team at Medline is central to our organization. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing our Patient Care business across the country, focusing on designing and implementing sales force organization, increasing sales outside the operating theatre, and expanding the reach of our patient care range (respiratory, urology, anaesthesia, vascular access, etc.).

How can you help us?

According to the company's strategy, you will:

  • Manage all assigned regions to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives, streamlining processes and systems where possible.
  • Analyze sales data to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Develop a business plan including revenue forecasts, pricing, and basic marketing strategies; implement sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales achievements.
  • Provide quarterly sales performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director and product divisions to define and execute product promotion strategies to increase market share across all product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers and develop new accounts.
  • Engage with customers and dealers at strategic levels through meetings and direct contacts.
  • Monitor sales activities through regular meetings to review trends, best practices, and challenges.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with the Medline International Code of Conduct.
  • Apply the Challenger Sales methodology in your approach.
Are you our match?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales account management within a medical sales environment.
  • Practical knowledge of medical decision-making processes and bidding strategies.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills to manage a sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
