Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of customer accounts, with support from the customer service team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts, leveraging advanced Excel functionalities (including pivot tables).
- Regularly visit clients across Italy, optimizing weekly travel schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commodities.
- Native Italian. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Office Automation package (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word). Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and analyze pivot tables and manage detailed reports.
- Must be a very positive person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
