For our Client, an international designer and manufacturer of advanced solutions for Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive & Motorsport OEMs, we are searching for a SALES MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE & MOTORSPORT.

We are seeking an experienced Sales leader to develop, grow, and maintain customers for our Automotive & Motorsport Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
• Work with internal Technicians and Engineering personnel to obtain timely turnaround of analysis and ideas to support customer needs and requests
• Cultivate and manage new sales opportunities from initial contact to close
• Learn and understand key client needs on an ongoing basis

Skill And Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical experience in the Automotive & Motorsport business
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Technically astute and able to comprehend engineering and design challenges faced by prospective customers
• Strong work ethic, and motivated to work in a high performing, results-oriented environment
• Ability to coordinate and work well with other sales professionals
• Willingness to travel regularly
