As a Sales Manager, you will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to an international client base. Your main role is to generate profitable business across all products from both new and existing customers, aligning with the company's strategic objectives to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver high-quality leads of potential new customers
  • Qualify and nurture leads and opportunities from lead generation
  • Actively generate and qualify new business opportunities from existing and new customers
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings with potential customers
  • Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders during the sales process
  • Support tender management by developing competitive proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and prepare high-quality quotes
  • Provide market insights to assist in developing pricing structures
  • Redirect small potential customers to Inside Sales
  • Regularly report on sales activities, including sales funnel status
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Attend industry exhibitions and conferences

Your Profile

  • Proficient in English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an international commercial role
  • Sense of urgency and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, team player, decisive, and customer-focused
