Regional Sales Manager - Reverse Osmosis Membranes

I am recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager for a market leader in Membrane manufacturing, who are dedicated to to innovative solutions across Reverse Osmosis technology.

Position Overview :

They are seeking an experienced sales manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence within Italy while also offering technical support to customers. The role is crucial in supporting revenue targets and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the reverse osmosis sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales roles, ideally within the membranes or water treatment industry.
  • Strong understanding of reverse osmosis technology and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
