As the Measure System Solution Sales Manager, you will directly lead the Measure System Solutions Sales Team. Reporting to the Field Instruments Sales Director, you will engage with customers to plan, develop, and implement Sales Initiatives to achieve order volume and profitability targets for designated product lines and system solutions in the sales territory.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Define the budget for Analytical products (Gas and Liquid), Analytical systems, and flow metering skids.
  • Achieve Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets for the relevant product lines.
  • Identify market requirements, develop, and implement strategies for growth in orders and profitability.
  • Lead and communicate the business development plan for your area to the organization.
  • Support and lead the domestic sales team by setting clear objectives.
  • Identify team development needs and support skill and talent development using available performance tools.
  • Report on market trends, competition, and customer behavior affecting business strategies.
  • Sign and co-sign business contracts within company policies and delegation rules.
  • Collaborate with operations, order management, project execution, and service teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • An engineering degree or comparable technical education.
  • Several years of experience in Direct Sales and Sales Management, including team management.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading, and writing).
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally, up to a certain percentage of the time (driver's license required).
