We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Life Sciences business in the UK market. This role involves establishing strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions for the life sciences sector.

Core activities & responsibilities:

  1. Distributor and Dealer Management: Develop and manage relationships with existing distributors, identify new partners, train and motivate distributors to achieve sales targets, and monitor their performance.
  2. Business Development: Generate new business opportunities, expand the customer base, identify decision-makers, understand sourcing needs, develop market-specific sales strategies, and conduct market research.
  3. Sales and Financial Analysis: Collaborate on financial analysis, program costing, quoting, and explain product pricing. Develop accurate quotations and follow up to close deals.
  4. Collaboration and Reporting: Work with marketing, technical, and product management teams to meet customer needs. Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attitudes:

  • University degree or higher in engineering, life sciences, or business-related disciplines.
  • 4-5 years of experience in life science sales, managing distributors and engaging with end customers.
  • Proven experience in managing distributor networks and expanding market share.
