What you can expect

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Lazio.

The main activities will be:

  1. Hunting of new customers within the segment of medium and large customers
  2. Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Lazio/Italy), actively contributing to the company growth
  3. Supporting current customers with a consultancy approach, including customized data analysis
  4. Up-selling and cross-selling of DKV products and services
  5. Participating in business trade fairs and other events
  6. Presence on the field on a daily basis

What makes you stand out

  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in field sales, preferably in customer acquisition processes within a structured company
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Proficiency in CRM and Excel
  • Residence in Rome or Region Lazio
