Job Responsibilities
  1. Actively seek out customers, plan and organize introduction and sales meetings with clients, and collaborate with other functions such as marketing and incentives to develop the market.
  2. Conduct direct sales meetings, presentations, and offers, cooperating with product managers as needed, and manage negotiations to achieve sales targets, review sales contracts, and facilitate closing and signing by the customer and CEO.
  3. Manage the sales process to minimize the lead time from initial contact to contract signing, actively supporting internal cooperation to achieve sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with the Head of Sales, sales team colleagues, and product managers to address technical needs and support required by clients to facilitate sales.
  5. Act as the main contact for customers regarding commercial, technical, and quality-related projects and activities, supporting the technical team to better serve customer needs and requirements.
