Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify target customers and key accounts in focus verticals and create outreach to build multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly regional business plans and forecasts.
- Develop, execute, and grow the regional plan aligned with the strategic priorities of the global commercial team.
- Drive customer engagement across the region and strategic verticals through voice of customer feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a coordinated solution selling approach for Prüftechnik NDT.
- Deliver consistent market growth by identifying new customers and market opportunities.
- Work with inside sales, local colleagues, and the wider network to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to open new customer opportunities using solutions selling methodology and tools.
- Develop account growth strategies that aim for aggressive targets with guidance from leadership for connected reliability.
- Manage opportunity funnel, forecasted bookings/revenue, and sales cycle effectively.
- Implement best-in-class key account and funnel management practices.
- Provide market analysis specific to verticals, identify industry trends, and understand the competitive landscape to adapt the PT NDT offerings to meet customer needs.
- Partner with strategic customers and lead their reliability journey.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Degree or extensive sales/KAM experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in the Non-Destructive Testing field is highly desirable.
- Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic growth.
- Results-oriented with a bias for action; capable of challenging initiatives to achieve breakthrough results.
- Strong communication skills and presence with strategic and key accounts.
- High initiative and a proactive approach to business growth.
- Advanced CRM and funnel management skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English (verbal and written).
