- Technical Sales Experience : At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, direct or indirect sales, with a good network of contacts.
- Experience in Telecommunications Sector : Several years of sales experience in the telecommunications / IoT domain and a strong interest in these sectors.
- Understanding of IoT Domain : Strong knowledge of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and an understanding of different IoT verticals and clients.
- Passion for High-Growth : Enthusiasm to work with an experienced leadership team in a rapidly growing company.
- Technology Skills : Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication, open-minded, and a team player.
- Autonomous Work : Ability to work independently, focus on targets, and willingness to travel frequently.
