Descrizione del lavoro

  • Technical Sales Experience : At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, either direct or indirect, with a good network of contacts.
  • Experience in Telecommunications Sector : Several years of sales experience in telecommunications / IoT domain with a deep interest in the sector.
  • Understanding of IoT Domain : Strong understanding of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and knowledge of different IoT verticals and clients.
  • Passion for High-Growth : Motivated to work with an experienced leadership team to create a high-growth company within a short timeframe.
  • Technology Skills : Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills; open-minded and a team player.
  • Autonomous Work : Ability to work independently, focus on targets, and be willing to travel frequently.

Interview Process

Three online meetings are typical :

  • Initial with Recruiter to discuss position details.
  • Second with Line Manager for in-depth discussion.
  • Final with Senior Vice President.

Additional meetings may be scheduled if necessary.
