- Technical Sales Experience : At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, either direct or indirect, with a good network of contacts.
- Experience in Telecommunications Sector : Several years of sales experience in telecommunications / IoT domain with a deep interest in the sector.
- Understanding of IoT Domain : Strong understanding of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and knowledge of different IoT verticals and clients.
- Passion for High-Growth : Motivated to work with an experienced leadership team to create a high-growth company within a short timeframe.
- Technology Skills : Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
- Language Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills; open-minded and a team player.
- Autonomous Work : Ability to work independently, focus on targets, and be willing to travel frequently.
