Job Description
- Technical Sales Experience: At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, either direct or indirect, with a good network of contacts.
- Experience in Telecommunications Sector: Several years of sales experience in the telecommunications/IoT domain and a strong interest in the telecommunication and IoT sectors.
- Understanding of IoT Domain: Strong understanding of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and an in-depth knowledge of different IoT verticals and relevant clients.
- Passion for High-Growth: Enthusiasm to work with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on rapid growth.
- Consistent Technology Skills and Understanding: Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; open-minded and a committed team player.
- Autonomous Work: Capable of working independently with a focus on targets and willing to travel frequently.

Interview Process
Three online meetings:
- Initial with Recruiter to align on position details.
- Second with Line Manager for an in-depth discussion.
- Final with the Senior Vice President.
