1NCE, a pioneering company in IoT connectivity, is seeking a motivated Technical Sales professional to join their remote sales team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecommunications sales and demonstrate a track record of success in acquiring customers. You'll be responsible for driving growth and developing strategies that meet regional targets while fostering strong customer relationships. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth in an innovative international environment.

Competenze

  • At least five years of technical sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Proven record of success in customer acquisition and sales.
  • Strong IoT solutions knowledge is essential.

Job Requirements
  • Technical Sales Experience: At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, either direct or indirect, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Experience in Telecommunications Sector: Several years of sales experience in telecommunications/IoT domain and a deep interest in the telecommunication and IoT sectors.
  • Understanding of IoT Domain: Strong knowledge of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and an in-depth understanding of various IoT verticals and relevant clients.
  • Passion for High-Growth: Motivated to work with an experienced leadership team focused on rapid growth.
  • Technology Skills: Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, open-minded, and a team player.
  • Autonomous Work: Capable of working independently, focused on targets, and willing to travel frequently.
