- Experience : Minimum five years in technical sales, with a strong network in direct or indirect sales.
- Sector Expertise : Several years in telecommunications or IoT sales, with a deep interest in these domains.
- IoT Knowledge : Strong understanding of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and familiarity with various IoT verticals and clients.
- Growth Mindset : Passionate about working with a motivated leadership team to achieve high growth in a short period.
- Technical Skills : Ability to lead product demos and discuss technical topics credibly.
- Sales Record : Proven success in customer acquisition and sales achievements.
- Language Skills : Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Communication & Teamwork : Excellent communication skills, open-minded, and team-oriented.
- Autonomy & Travel : Capable of working independently with a focus on targets; willing to travel frequently.
