- Technical Sales Experience : At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, either direct or indirect, with a strong network of contacts.
- Experience in Telecommunications Sector : Several years of sales experience in telecommunications / IoT domain and a deep interest in the telecommunication and IoT sectors.
- Understanding of IoT Domain : Strong knowledge of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and an in-depth understanding of various IoT verticals and relevant clients.
- Passion for High-Growth : Motivated to work with an experienced leadership team focused on rapid growth.
- Technology Skills : Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
- Language Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication, open-minded, and a team player.
- Autonomous Work : Capable of working independently, focused on targets, and willing to travel frequently.
