The ideal candidate has over 2 years of sales experience in the renewable energy field, strong negotiation skills, and is fluent in Italian and English. Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve JA Solar's market share and profit targets
  • Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales execution, and after-sales support
  • Provide regular reports on negotiations and market activities
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor information
  • Participate in industry events such as fairs, conferences, and seminars
  • Protect corporate interests and enhance the company's industry image
  • Support order execution as needed
Your Profile
  • Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
  • Over 2 years of sales experience in PV modules, preferably with distribution channels or PV distributors/wholesalers
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude
  • Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical manager role
