A leading photovoltaic company is seeking a Sales Professional in Terni, Italy. You will be responsible for sales of PV modules, achieving market share objectives, and negotiating contract terms. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of sales experience in PV modules, is fluent in Italian and English, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. A technical background in solar is a plus.

  • More than 2 years experience in sales of PV modules or working for a PV Distributor.
  • Strong teamwork awareness and a professional, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Technical background in solar as great advantage.

Mansioni

  • Sales of PV modules and reaching market share targets.

Your mission

  • Sales of JA Solar PV modules
  • Reach JA Solar market share as well as JA Solar profit targets
  • Negotiations on prices, volumes and further contract terms and conditions
  • Coordination with internal departments for pre-sales, sales execution and after-sales
  • Regular reporting as required by the company incl. Information on the negotiations with customers
  • Collection and analysing market and competitors information
  • Participation in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars and other promotional campaigns
  • Protect corporate interest, improve the company´s image in the industry and in the public sector
  • Support in order execution as needed

Your profile

  • Completed studies of Business Managament, Internation Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies or similar subjects.
  • More than 2 year experience in sales of PV modules into distribution or working for a PV Distributor / Wholesaler.
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong teamwork awareness, exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude
  • Technical background in solar as a great advantage to take a second role of technical manager in sub team.
