Your mission
- Drive sales of JA Solar PV modules
- Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
- Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
- Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities
- Provide regular reports, including negotiation updates with customers
- Analyze market and competitor information
- Participate in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars, and promotional campaigns
- Protect corporate interests and enhance the company's industry and public image
- Support order execution as needed
Your profile
- Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or related fields
- Over 2 years of sales experience with PV modules, preferably with distributors or wholesalers
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, customer focus, and a proactive attitude
- Technical background in solar energy is a plus, especially for a technical manager role in the team
