A leading solar energy company in Napoli is seeking a Sales Representative to drive the sales of PV modules. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar sector, and is fluent in both Italian and English. Strong negotiation and teamwork skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to support various sales processes and corporate interests.

Competenze

• Over 2 years of sales experience in PV modules, preferably with distributors or wholesalers.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Technical background in solar energy is a plus for a technical manager role.

Mansioni

• Sales of PV modules and achieving market share targets.
• Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments for sales execution.

Your mission

• Sales of JA Solar PV modules
• Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
• Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
• Coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales execution, and after-sales
• Provide regular reports on negotiations and market activities
• Analyze market and competitor information
• Participate in events such as fairs, conferences, and promotional campaigns
• Protect corporate interests and enhance company image
• Support order execution as needed

Your profile

• Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar
• Over 2 years of sales experience in PV modules, preferably with distributors or wholesalers
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude
• Technical background in solar energy is a plus for a technical manager role
