Your Role & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the sales activity of your assigned portfolio, developing existing clients and scouting new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, focusing on Digital, especially Connected TV, and supporting cross-media opportunities across TV, Radio, Print, and other platforms.
  • Maintain an international mindset with a focus on Italy, with potential for cross-market meetings abroad.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and prospect new business to meet targets.
  • Develop existing business through cross- and upselling and promote new media opportunities.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports to management.
  • Nurture strong business relationships and follow up on sales operations.
  • Develop and manage industry events.
  • Generate innovative sales ideas for our solutions team.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 years in Sales, with specialization in Agency Business Development.
  • Experience in media agency or broadcast media preferred.
  • Solid experience in digital media, especially upper and mid-funnel campaigns, with familiarity with VOD, BVOD, SVOD platforms, programmatic buying, and strong relationships with agency trading desks. Experience in CTV is highly valued.
  • Understanding of international media environments (TV, radio, digital, print) is preferred.
  • Well-structured, good presentation skills, and team spirit.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, or Greek are assets.
Your Team

You will be part of the Agency Sales team based in Milan, within an international media company providing premium video and cross-media solutions across Europe.

Our team develops strategic partnerships with media agencies across Southern Europe, mainly focusing on Italy, with coverage of Spain, MENA, Greece, and Turkey.

We focus on digital media, especially Connected TV, supporting cross-platform activations, working closely with local and global stakeholders.

The team operates in English, with members from diverse backgrounds, fostering a collaborative and dynamic culture.
